Directions for Use

Unless otherwise directed by your registered homeopathic practitioner:

Oral use

• Take 5–10 drops once daily.

Topical application

• Apply 5–10 drops once daily to the inside of the elbow (antecubital area).

Inhalation

• Add 10–20 drops and inhale deeply 2–3 times daily.

Treatment for longer than 8 weeks should only be undertaken on the advice of a registered healthcare practitioner.
