How to Use Natura Segiro Drops

• Adults: Take 10 drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water, 3 times daily.

• Infants: Dilute drops with water, allow to stand briefly before giving.

• Hold in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing to enhance absorption.

• Avoid strong flavours (coffee, peppermint, toothpaste, etc.) before and after taking, as they may affect absorption.
