How to Use Nasenol Nasal Spray

• Shake before use.

• Dosage: Administer 1–2 sprays in each nostril every 2–4 hours, or as needed.

• Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle and hold the bottle upright.

• Place the nozzle into one nostril, supporting the base of the bottle with your thumb.

• Press the plunger with your forefinger to release one spray while breathing in through your nose.

• Repeat for the other nostril as required.

• Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after each use.
