How to Use Metagenics GI Sustain

Recommended Use:
Blend, shake, or briskly stir about 2 level scoops of GI Sustain into 120 ml of chilled water or juice, twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

For highly sensitive individuals, start with ½ to 1 scoop twice daily for the first few days before progressing to a full serving.

Tip: Use a shaker or blender to achieve a smooth consistency.
