Directions for Use

Minor Superficial Skin Concerns

For superficial wounds, minor cuts, abrasions, insect bites or stings, small boils, nail concerns and itching or irritation associated with athlete’s foot:

Apply 1 drop of undiluted oil to the affected area 1–3 times daily.

Larger Areas of Skin

Dilute 2–10 drops in 20ml water and apply to the affected area 1–3 times daily.

Mild Acne & Pimples

Dilute 20 drops in 10ml water and apply to the affected area 1–3 times daily.

Mouth Rinse or Gargle

Add 5 drops to 100ml water and rinse or gargle several times daily.

Do not swallow.

Steam Inhalation

Add 2 drops to 500ml steaming water and carefully inhale the vapour.

Take appropriate precautions to prevent burns when using hot or steaming water.
