Directions for Use

Pour approximately 50ml of castor oil, or the amount required, onto a warm plate and spread evenly.

Place the beige material side of the pack facing down onto the plate and move the material through the oil to distribute it across the required area.

Place the saturated pack onto the desired external body area and secure it in position.

If desired, apply a comfortably warm hot water bottle or heated pack over the castor oil pack. A warm towel can also be placed over the area.

The manufacturer recommends leaving the pack in place for 6–8 hours.

After use, remove the pack and clean according to the care instructions.

Repeat according to preference.
