Standard Dosage

Unless otherwise directed:

10 – 20 drops up to three times daily

Tinctures may be taken:

• directly on the tongue
• diluted in a small amount of water or juice

For best results, tinctures are traditionally taken before meals and sipped slowly.

If you prefer to reduce the alcohol content, place the drops into hot water and allow the alcohol to evaporate before drinking. The herbal constituents remain active.

Contraindications & Interactions
