Beurer BM 2R Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic home monitoring device designed to measure blood pressure and pulse conveniently from the upper arm.

The included universal cuff accommodates upper-arm circumferences from 22–42cm, making it suitable for most adult users. Once positioned correctly, the device automatically measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure together with pulse rate and displays the results on its clear LCD screen.

An integrated risk indicator uses a simple colour-coded scale to help users interpret their blood pressure readings, while arrhythmia detection can identify and alert the user to possible irregularities in heart rhythm during measurement.

For households with multiple users, the BM 2R provides 4 individual user profiles with 30 memory spaces each, allowing up to 120 measurements to be stored. The averaging function also calculates an average from stored measurements to make longer-term monitoring easier.

The convenient Scan & Save function allows measurements to be transferred to the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app by scanning the monitor’s display with a compatible smartphone camera.

A cuff wrapping guide helps identify incorrect cuff positioning, while two customisable alarm times can be used as reminders for regular measurements.

The BM 2R can be powered using the 4 included AA batteries or via its USB-C connection with a compatible power supply, sold separately.

Directions for Use

Sit comfortably and rest for several minutes before taking a measurement.

Place the cuff around the bare upper arm according to the supplied instructions. Ensure that it is correctly positioned and fits securely without being excessively tight.

Rest your arm comfortably and remain still and quiet during measurement.

Select the appropriate user profile and begin the measurement.

The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse when complete.

Save measurements to the selected user profile for ongoing monitoring.

For more consistent comparisons, take measurements at approximately the same time each day and under similar conditions.

Scan & Save Function

The BM 2R allows stored measurements to be transferred to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app using the Scan & Save function.

Open the compatible app on your smartphone and use your phone’s camera to scan the values displayed on the monitor.

This provides a convenient way to digitally record and monitor your blood pressure measurements over time without requiring a permanent wireless connection between the monitor and smartphone.
