A. Vogel Herbamare® Original is a uniquely crafted herb seasoning salt that delivers less salt and more flavour. Because it blends sea salt with fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables, it enhances taste naturally without relying on excessive sodium.

Unlike ordinary table salt, Herbamare® gains its depth of flavour through a traditional production process. First, freshly harvested organic vegetables and herbs are delivered to the A. Vogel factory in Colmar, France, within hours. Then, each ingredient is carefully cleaned, chopped, and mixed with natural sea salt.

Next, the mixture is left to steep and mature for up to one year. During this time, the aromas and flavours fully infuse into the salt crystals. Afterward, the remaining moisture is gently removed using a low-temperature vacuum process. As a result, the final seasoning delivers rich, balanced flavour in every sprinkle.
