Setting Your User Data

To calculate body composition measurements, set up an individual user profile with:

Directions for Use

Place the scale on a hard, level and stable surface, such as tiles or wooden flooring. Do not use it on carpet or an uneven surface.

For consistent measurements, weigh yourself under similar conditions each time, preferably at the same time of day.

For body composition analysis, stand barefoot on the stainless-steel electrodes. Slightly damp soles may improve conductivity where feet are particularly dry.

Stand still during measurement and ensure that your feet, legs, calves and thighs are not touching one another.

Where possible, wait approximately 15 minutes after getting out of bed before measuring and several hours after unusually strenuous exercise.

Focus on long-term trends rather than small day-to-day fluctuations, as hydration can significantly affect body composition readings.
