Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 12 years and older, take one to three tablets approximately 30 minutes before the evening meal with a glass of water, or as directed by a medical practitioner.

If using a laxative for the first time, begin with one tablet. If needed, the dose may be gradually increased over the following days to a maximum of three tablets.

Bowel movement typically occurs within six to twelve hours.
